Things are happening in Neustadt. We have had lots of visitors this weekend, people looking into the stores, buying baking at It’s my Pleasure and Granny’s, plants for the cottage at Granny’s, stopping in for their beer supply at the Brewery. The mill has reopened too, with good supply of antiques. Enjoy your time in Neustadt.

Some of the many people who came out for the free Roller Skating on December 4th after the lighting of the Tannenbaum tree. People come from as far away as Sauble Beach to take part in the roller skating. Roller Skating takes place every Friday night at the Neustadt Arena.
The dampness in the air did not deter Santa from making his rounds in Neustadt on Sunday afternoon. The children and adults were happy to answer his riddles and receive their candy cane.

The West Grey Police are collecting toys and food for Christmas hampers. You can drop off any donations to Village Creations in Neustadt. If you are a knitter, Village Creations has a mitten tree set up for donations of mitts, hats and slippers, so hopefully all children in West Grey will be warm this winter.
